We offer senior or stretched senior loans up to 70% LTGDV or 90% LTC (excluding interest).
Silbury-funded projects vary in size, from 20 units or fewer, to many hundreds of units. Our typical loan size ranges from £20 million to £300 million. We are happy to provide finance at the point of property acquisition, or later in the build. We can either fund costs to complete, or we can refinance loans. We cover a range of geographies across the UK, and have the knowledge to tailor a facility to suit the individual development to provide the best outcome.
